Disclosed is a Nitrogen-purged clean pack for parts of a hard disk drive which has an anaerobic adhesive. Using Nitrogen gas instead of normal air in clean pack for Hard Disk Drive's parts makes an anaerobic adhesive stable from a chemical reaction point of view.

Nitrogen Purged Clean Pack for Parts of Hard Disk Drive

      Disclosed is a Nitrogen-purged clean pack for parts of a hard
disk drive which has an anaerobic adhesive.  Using Nitrogen gas
instead of normal air in clean pack for Hard Disk Drive's parts makes
an anaerobic adhesive stable from a chemical reaction point of view.

      The Figure shows the example of the hard disk drive's part, VCM
motor's clean packaging.  All packaging for the hard disk drive's
parts uses the normal clean air which consists of Nitrogen, Oxygen
and Nitrogen Carbon.  However, using only Nitrogen inside packaging
can make all anaerobic adhesive hard completely during its
transportation when an anaerobic adhesive is not hardened completely
on the parts supplier's process.
