Tape Cartridge Insertion Interlock Feature

A feature on a tape cartridge to interlock the insertion of the
cartridge into a tape drive is disclosed.  The feature only allows
the cartridge to be inserted the correct way.

A feature on a tape cartridge, such as a chamfer or radius, is
used with a corresponding feature in the opening of a tape drive to
prevent insertion of the cartridge in the wrong orientations.  The
interlock feature provides visual and tactile feedback to help users
load the cartridge into the drive and protects the internal parts of
the drive from damage that can be caused by mis-loading the
cartridge.
