Method of Showing which Zoom Control Line will be Moved

A method of indicating which zoom control line will be moved
when using a display with double ended zoom control lines.

When the mouse button is pressed, small arrow heads are added
to the cursor (a + shape) to indicate left/right and up/down,
effectively pointing at the zoom control point that will be moved.
If this is not the one desired, the mouse button can be released
without moving the mouse and nothing will be changed.
