Keyboard Mouse Pad

Described is a keyboard mouse pad that is a rigid pad for the
mouse and that is mounted on top of the keyboard.

The keyboard mouse pad is a pad that is an accessory for
supporting a personal computer mouse.  The pad is intended to be used
on a typical computer keyboard.

The pad itself has a rigid flat surface approximately 5x8
inches.  It is designed to be located directly above the numeric key
cluster, spanning the entire width.  The surface texture is the same
as many other existing key pads.  It can be attached and detached
easily for full keyboard access, without modifying the existing
keyboard (Figure).
