Movement Emphasis of Mouse Pointer

Disclosed is a method for emphasizing a Mouse Pointer when it
is first moved.  This emphasis takes any of several forms:  flashing,
pulsing, changing shape, reverse video, or changing color.  The
activity ceases after a few seconds and it does not occur again until
the Mouse Pointer had been inactive for some interval.

Three parameters allow customization of this Mouse First Movement
Emphasis feature:
  1.  Length of time emphasis should be performed after first
       movement.
o  NOTE: Specifying a time length of zero turns off the
          emphasis function entirely.
  2.  Length of the time the mouse must be inactive before triggering
the emphasis when the mouse is next moved.
  3.  Type of Mouse Pointer emphasis (flashing, pulsing, changing
shape, reverse video, or changing color).
