Suspension Bridge Structure for Easy Cut Suspension-Frame

      Disclosed is Suspension Assembly (SA) which has an easy cut
Suspension-Frame bridge structure.  The bridge structure enables the
two parts, SA and Frame, to easily separate without using a
conventional cut die.

      Fig. 1 shows the example of the disclosure.  Frame (2) is
incorporated in a body of SA (1) so that SA can easily be assembled.

Frame (2) is cut off from SA after laser weld process.  The channel
geometry between Frame (2) and SA (1) is the bridge structure (3) to
easily separate SA from Frame (2) without using a conventional cut
die.  Fig. 2 shows how to separate Frame (2) from SA (1).
Several-time-bending enables the two parts to be separated.

      The disclosure is not limited to the bridge structure shown
here, but include any possible bridge structures for the same
purpose.
