Level Management of Connections and Objects in a Visual Constructor

In the user interface for the visual construction environment,
each connection and object may be assigned to one or more levels.

To help manage connection and object information in a visual
software construction environment, drawn objects can be assigned to
one or more levels.  The levels correspond to a particular function,
component, or feature, and would contain the objects and connections
corresponding to that feature.  The visual construction user
interface provides a way to display all, some, or one of the
available levels.
