Abstract

This article describes a cable which does not need tolerance. Now, most industrial products have electrical mechanism, and a cable is indispensable which connects each electrical circuit to the power supply. However, cables need large tolerance (more then 5mm) in general. In the case of connecting one fixed place to the other, the exact length of the cable must be chosen. That is very difficult. A shorter cable than an applied length does not reach, and a longer one slackens off and causes trouble.

No Tolerance Cable

This article describes a cable which does not need tolerance.
Now, most industrial products have electrical mechanism, and a cable
is indispensable which connects each electrical circuit to the power
supply.  However, cables need large tolerance (more then 5mm) in
general.  In the case of connecting one fixed place to the other, the
exact length of the cable must be chosen.  That is very difficult.  A
shorter cable than an applied length does not reach, and a longer one
slackens off and causes trouble.

The purpose of the invention is to provide a cable that can
connect very easily without using any special parts in an appropriate
length.  As shown in the Figure, the cable of the subject invention
has a curved shape at it's portion, thus compensating the cable
length, achieving the purpose of the invention.
