Enhanced Seek Error Recovery Process

Disclosed is an enhanced seek error recovery process used for
hard disk drive using read/write head and disk.

The former seek error recovery method is just retry seek many
times.  By preparing an effective retry process, the seek will
recover sooner than the old method and improve total read/write
performance.

This recovery process consists of the following steps:
  1.  Just re-seek
  2.  Adjusting channel characteristic in channel module
      -Servo slice level
      -Servo cut off frequency
      -filter boost
      -other servo signal related item
  3.  Intentional full track seek to improve pivot-actuator
       none-linearity
  4.  Initialize integrator table

Actual application repeats above 1 to 4 items by proper counts.

The above steps can be expanded to many steps, many categories
which improve servo characteristics.
