      Disclosed is a device for manufacturing Liquid Crystal Display
(LCD), which it injects Liquid Crystal (LC) into empty cell.  It is
composed of two exhaust chambers, two injection chambers and two LC
degas chambers for the purpose of raising process capacity.

      The Figure shows the concept of inline type LC injection
machine.  A cassette, which has empty cells, is set on cassette
carrying plate at cassette loader (8) and is transported to exhaust
chamber (1,2)  and injection chamber (3,4) with the cassette carrying
plate.  LC is supplied in LC boat, which is set on LC boat carrying
plate at LC boat  set room (7), and is degased at LC degas room
(5,6).  In injection chamber 1, Cell in cassette touches LC boat and
injection process begins.  Then pressure of the chamber becomes
atmosphere, so injection  chamber 2 doesn't need to have vacuum pump.
Cell moves away from LC boat after the completion of injection
process, cassette carrying plate  is transported to cassette unloader
(9) and LC boat carrying plate returns to LC boat set room again.  In
cassette unloader, cassette is taken off and cassette carrying plate
returns to cassette loader.

Advantages for Manufacturing LCD by this machine are as follows:
  o  LC will be automatically be degased.
  o  LC, cell and vacuum chamber are able to be maintained in
      high quality.
