Functional Button for Viewing Large Document on Scrolling Window

Disclosed is a functional button for viewing a large document
on a scrolling window.  This button, with one action, enables
movement to the top portion of the document, which has not been read
in the window.  This button also functions as an alert, which
indicates that such a portion still exists on the document.

The Figure shows an example of this button.  The button (1)
indicates that one or more portions of a document have never been
read.  When the button is clicked, the window displays the document
from the top of the unread portion.  When the window is scrolled or
window size is changed, an application keeps the viewed area
information.  As a result, when all areas are viewed in the window,
this button will disappear.  If the application retains the area
information, it is possible to reuse it when the application is
restarted.

This functional button is widely applicable for viewing large
documents in a variety of applications such as a file viewer, mailing
system, or web browser.  The function helps to view large documents
quickly in these types of applications.
