Voice Recognition with Non-Audio Sensor

      Disclosed is a system design to enable a voice sensor to
distinguish a human voice from an Audio Visual (AV) device sound
coming from a TV, Radio, Interphone, Telephone, etc.  IrDA (InfraRed)
is a typical non-audio sensor.  A human is always moving; an AV
system does  not move.

      --> It is a human voice command.
      --> Reaction.

Fig. 2 shows the system design of a human sensor system with AV.
  (2) Detecting a human voice with remote sensor-OFF.
      --> It is not a human voice but AV sound.
      --> No Reaction.
