Multi-Functional Carrying Case

      Disclosed is a multiple-use carrying case of a tablet-type
Personal Computer (PC) provided with a pen input device.  To protect
a display panel from scratches, falls, and shock, the carrying case
features a flip-style "protective cover".  While keeping the Tablet
PC in the case, the protective cover works not only as a shield but
also a convenient tool, such as an adjustable stand.

Fig. 1 shows the carrying case made from leather or nylon.  On
the outside of the carrying case, there are some openings (1).  An
operator can access switches and connectors through the openings
without removing the case.  The protective cover is reinforced with
an inserted  plastic plate.  On the tip of it, there is a Velcro tab
(2).  When turning over the protective cover (3) and sticking the tab
on the bottom  (4), it is possible to set two types of angles, i.e.,
pen input (Fig. 2)  and keyboard use (Fig. 3).
