Structure of Self-Positioning Flexible Cable

      Disclosed is a self-positioning structure of a flexible cable
in a Hard Disk Drive (HDD).
  Fig. 1 shows a flexible cable design.
  Fig. 2 shows its implementation.

      A flexible cable (material: plastic film) is deformed when
it is assembled to a base casting of HDD, so its tension works to a
direction, as shown in Fig. 2.

      The tension causes a flexible cable to align to the positioning
boss on a base casting; therefore, it is positioned without an
operator's effort.
