Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display with Integrated Photo-Sensor

      Disclosed is a Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display
(TFT-LCD) with an Integrated Photo-Sensor which has a photo-sensor
out of the active area.

      Fig. 1 shows the position of the photo-sensor.  The
photo-sensor line (2) is positioned out of the active area (1).  The
photo-sensor line is positioned by more than one line at any side.
The number of photo-sensors included in one line is equal to the
number of  horizontal/vertical active areas.

Fig. 2 shows the structure of a Thin Film Transistor (TFT).  Fig. 3
shows a cross section of a TFT.  The hole (5) exists between the
Drain Metal (3) and Source Metal (4) on Gate Metal (6).
