Abstract

Disclosed is an Automatic Contract Machine which is used for a new contract of accidental insurance. This machine is modified from a basic Automatic Teller Machine that is widely used for a withdrawal and deposit transaction at a bank. The following functions are newly implemented to the machine to enable unattended operation of contract anywhere: o Issue and accept an application form and contract form. 1. The passbook printer unit (1) equips two cutform issuers. - An application form will be fed from one of stacker (2) and printed data which is entered by the customer such as name, address, age, type of contract, etc.

a basic Automatic Teller Machine that is widely used for a withdrawal
and deposit transaction at a bank.  The following functions are newly
implemented to the machine to enable unattended operation of contract

  o  Issue and accept an application form and contract form.
     1.  The passbook printer unit (1) equips two cutform issuers.
         -  An application form will be fed from one of stacker
             (2) and printed data which is entered by the customer
             such as name, address, age, type of contract, etc.
         -  In addition, a sequential dauber will be printed as a
             bar code that will be recognized by an image reader
             on this printer at the next step.
         -  Printed form will be fed to issue/receive gate and
             delivered to the customer.
     2.  Customer will check printed information, sign the form,
          and insert it into the issue/receive gate.
         -  The passbook printer will feed it to the image reader
             and bar code, and the customer's signature will be
             recognized to complete the contract.
