Abstract

Disclosed is an Air Moving Device for cooling which can sense the temperature and the location of the heat dissipating device to be cooled, and then can change the air flow direction toward that device automatically. This Air Moving Device is utilized in electric products for improvement of cooling efficiency by providing cool air to the heated device directly.

Moving Device

      Disclosed is an Air Moving Device for cooling which can sense
the temperature and the location of the heat dissipating device to be
cooled, and then can change the air flow direction toward that device
automatically.  This Air Moving Device is utilized in electric
products for improvement of cooling efficiency by providing cool air
to the heated  device directly.

      The Figure shows the mechanism of this Air Moving Device.  The
parts of Rotor (1), Stator core (2), and Control-card (3) become
flexible with the point "A", and the portion to control the air flow
direction (4) is located under this point A.  The Rotor-Impeller is
suspended with two bearings over point A and rotates with the magnet
force provided by Stator.  The half-spherical portion to control the
air flow direction has some Stator-windings (5) located with the same
interval three-dimensionally.  The magnet force emitted by control of
the electric current, to provide in each Stator-winding, moves the
flexible portion of air flow direction control (6).  Some
Stator-windings (5) are located with the numbers to change the air
flow direction, and  the switching timing is controlled by the ultra
red rays quantity and the  thermistor resistance data of the device
