Substrate Pin Straightener

Pins bent to variable degrees in any direction can be
straightened in a single vertical stroke.

In the Figure, substrate 1 is advanced into comb bar 2 to a
location where the pins will be between the cross drilled holes in
comb bar 2.  Pin assembly 3 is inserted into holes in comb bar 2
creating a box around and at the base of each pin.  The substrate is
restrained and the comb bar 2 with the pin assembly 3 are moved in a
vertical direction straightening all bent pins.
