Abstract

This system offers an inexpensive and flexible approach to meet code for waste holding that requires visual inspection leak detection. COST: Reduced by using readily available "off-the-shelf" materials. FLEXIBILITY: Allows the user the flexibility to meet load and chemical compatability using four different approaches. OPTION #1: *Bar reinforced grating 80 to 150 lb./sq. ft. "Dur-a-Deck" OPTION #2: *Schedule 40/80 black iron piping welded together OPTION #3: *Open concrete or quick grout 1/2" x 1/2" grooves are achieved by insertion of wood slats during pour removed after setting OPTION #4: Concrete or quick grout pad poured solid * Options #1 thru #3 prevents capillary attraction
