Standard Panel - Thin Core - Mother/Daughter Basket

A device is disclosed for processing printed circuit thin
cores through chemical baths with agitation and then passing them
through a (convection) air drying oven without damage to the product.
The daughter (internal) basket (Fig. 2) is suitable for any sensitive
product and can be adapted to any external (mother) basket designs
with a variety of holding systems.

TEFLON* tubing (sleeves) 1 separate the product and rotate
during the manual load and unload process, while being used to guide
and support the product on top and bottom.  The vertical guides 2 are
between the TEFLON sleeves and enhance the loading of the product.
The ergonomically correct position for loading and unloading the
basket be achieved at either the side or the end of the basket by
pivoting the daughter basket out or pulling it in the opposite
direction out the end of the mother basket.  The retainer bracket 4
keeps it from disengaging from the mother basket.
