Direct Spacer Feeder

A pair of angularly mounted feed rollers with applied tension
and a directional air stream provide the means to precisely deliver
single paper sheets into a nest.

In the Figure, sized paper (or plastic) sheets 3 fed through
idler 2 and drive 1 feed rollers that flatten and guide sheet
straight.  Momentary direction air stream 5 provides the lift to
clear fontal nest guides and convex airborne sheet temporarily
reducing its size.  As air stream lift is normalized, leading edge of
sheet once again flattens, thus contacting nest guides 4, allowing
sheet to drop into nest 6.
