Method and System to Meshing Curved Wire-Frame Models

      Disclosed is a method and system for generating, from a
wire-frame model, a well-shaped/graded triangular/quadrilateral mesh
to form a smooth surface shape.

The method and system comprise the following three steps:
  1.  Generate a mesh by bubble meshing algorithm on a projection
       plane of a wire-frame model.
  2.  Generate a triangulation-based surface to form a smooth
       surface shape from the wire-frame model by using a Finite
       Element Method (FEM).
  3.  Map the mesh on a projection plane into the
       triangulation-based surface.
