Scaled Project Views On Calendars

      Provided is a technique to visually present project information
on calendars in order to overcome deficiencies with use of
conventional methods.

      Conventional calendar and project planning techniques are
provided.  The user can select the calendar view of choice, as well
as the project view of choice.  However, the following enhancements
are provided.
     A scaled view of a project is displayed on a user's calendar
     The scaled project view is a miniaturized image of the project
view of choice
     The current month is highlighted on the scaled view of the
project
     In addition to displaying a scaled view of the project on the
calendar, the user can interact with the scaled view.  For example,
the user can interact with the scaled view via direct manipulation,
selection of a different month on the scaled view to change the month
displayed on the calendar, requesting a zoomed view of the project or
any of its milestones, etc.
     Changing project events on the calendar changes the events in
the scaled view
     Changing events in the scaled project view changes the calendar
view
