Drums

      Disclosed is a method of creating two or more photoconductor
(pc) images, simultaneously, with only one printhead.  These images
might all be the same color, or of different colors, when finally
printed.

      In the printhead of immediate interest, a laser directs its
light via a rotating, multi-faceted, mirror to the pc drums.  The
facets alternate, so that some of them direct the light to a first pc
drum.  Other facets direct the light toward a second pc drum, etc.

      Electronic devices are synchronized so that the images for each
of the pc drums are created in harmony with each of the mirror facet
positions at any time.
