Cancel Confirmation for a Specific Object Within a Folder Distribution

When confirmation requests for specific documents within a
distributed folder have been made by a user, specific cancellation of
those requests should be possible.

When a user mails a folder containing a set of objects, the
user may specify confirmation for that distribution on an object
basis.  The user must be allowed to cancel confirmations for this
folder on an object basis as well.

When a folder containing multiple objects is mailed, a
confirmation can be requested for each object.  A confirmation entry
is kept per folder and per object within the folder.  When a user
cancels the confirmation for a specific object, the confirmation log
entry is marked deleted.  The confirmation status returned
subsequently for that entry is discarded by the mail service.

When a user is allowed to make confirmation requests for a
folder distribution by object, then the user must also be able to
cancel those requests on an object basis as well. This allows users
to control their mail service confirmation requests with the same
consistency as is provided for other confirmation requests.
