Cancel Confirmation for a Specific Recipient Within a Distribution

When a confirmation request for a specific recipient in a
distribution has been made by a user, cancelation of that request
must be possible.

When a user mails an object to a set of recipients, the user
may specify confirmation for that distribution on a recipient basis.
The user must be allowed to cancel this confirmation on a recipient
basis as well.

When a distribution is sent to multiple recipients, a
confirmation can be requested for each recipient.  A confirmation
entry is kept per distribution and per recipient in a confirmation
log.  When a user cancels the confirmation for a specific recipient,
the confirmation log entry is marked deleted.  The confirmation
status returned subsequently for that entry is discarded by the mail
service.

When a user is allowed to make confirmation requests for a
distribution by recipient, then the user must also be able to cancel
those requests on a recipient basis as well. This allows users to
control their mail service confirmation requests with the same
consistency as is provided for other confirmation requests.
