Secured Hard Disk Drive Door

      Disclosed is a Hard Disk Drive (HDD) door mechanism for a
Notebook Personal Computer (PC) which has a security function for HDD
DATA using a screw or Kensington Lock*.

      The Figure shows this mechanism.  The HDD door cannot be opened
when the Kensington Lock or screw (2) is applied.  Therefore, the HDD
DATA is to be secured.  A similar mechanism can be used in any other
device which also needs to be secured.
