Strong Bonding Between Coil and Coil-Support

      Disclosed is the structure that is utilized "Fracture Surface
of Stamp Process" to improve bonding strength between VCM (Voice Coil
Motor) coil and coil-support of HDD (Hard Disk Drive) (Fig. 1).

      Generally coil is bonded to Coil-Support by adhesion, and coil
support is made by stamping process.

      Fracture surface is rougher than Sheared surface in
stamping process.  The peel off strength of rough surface is much
stronger.  Therefore, the fracture surface which is widened on
purpose can get larger pull out force easily.  For high reliability,
it is very  important for VCM coil not to drop (break).
