Organizing Bookmarks at the Time of Creation

      A method is diclosed for organizing bookmarks at the time of
creation reducing efforts in organizing bookmarks.

      Currently bookmarks are added in browsers via a add bookmark
command that inserts the bookmark (always in the main bookmark
pulldown menu).  This method causes difficulties because:
  1.  The number of bookmarks may be quite large and very
       difficult to see on the screen; and
  2.  Reorganizing bookmarks into folders involves multiple
       steps (reorganizing the bookmarks into the folders is a
       very tedious process).

      Whenever "add bookmark" is indicated in a browser:
  1.  The Uniform Resource Located (URL) name gets bound to
       the cursor with the bookmark window (drag down panel) open,
       and this new state is called "active cursor."
  2.  The bookmark window consists of folders off URLS, and in
       the new solution there should always be a folder called
       "NEW."
  3.  Whenever the "active cursor" is positioned over a folder
       name, the folder is then opened, and one can traverse
       folders and have windows of folders open.
  4.  At any point of time if one clicks on the middle mouse
       button in the main menu, or one of the folder pulldown
       menus the URL gets dropped at the position of the click,
       and the active cursor becomes active.
