Multi-Drill Printed Circuit Board

   Disclosed is a circuit board with plated through hole in
inner via hole.  The board brings the following advantages:
  a) Higher circuit density
  b) Shorter design lead time
  c) Smaller card

   The attached figures show a fundamental structure of
Multi-Drill Printed Circuit Board (Fig.1) and the conventional
printed circuit with inner via holes (Fig.2).  The Multi-Drill
Printed Circuit Board can make Plated Through Hole (PTH) at the same
location on Inner Via Hole (IVH) because PTH is smaller than IVH.
PTH of the conventional printed circuit board must escape IVH area.
Therefore large area is needed to design a PCB which has PTH and IVH.
Multi-Drill Printed circuit board has larger area for circuit pattern
(component mount pads and signal or power lines) than one of the
conventional printed board.  This is the reason why Multi-Drill
Printed Circuit Board has the property of higher density and smaller
circuit board.
