Cell Design for Improving Productivity

   Disclosed is LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) cell design to
achieve injection process hour reduction by setting the injection
port to long side of cell, which size is over 12 inch and the
alignment directions are located within 60 degrees against data
line.

   Figure shows the representative cell design that have two
injection ports(1).  The alignment directions(2) are located within
60 degrees against data line(3).  For instance, TN cell, which ones
are located at 45 degrees, and IPS (in-plane switching) cell, which
ones are parallel.

   The number of the injection ports is unlimited.  In the
case of one port, it is located on the middle of long side, and in
the case of more two ports, they are located with symmetry against
the center of long side.
