New Structure of Liquid Crystal Display

Disclosed is a structure of Thin Film Transistor/Liquid
Crystal Display (TFT/LCD) which doesn't need common-line.  This
structure is mainly applied for in-plane switching (IPS) type.

The structure has two connecting types.

One is a type of putting storage capacitor between
source-line of TFT and one side of liquid crystal capacitor's
electrodes in series as shown fig. 1, which is an equivalent circuit
of one TFT/CD's pixel.  Another side of liquid crystal capacitor's
electrodes is connected with previous gate-line.

Another is a type of putting liquid crystal capacitor
between source-line of TFT and one side of storage capacitor's
electrodes in series as shown fig. 2.  Another side of storage
capacitor's electrodes is connected with previous gate-line.
