Time Dependent Email Attachment Execution

Disclosed is a new email function that allows Time Dependent
Execution (TDE).  This function can be contained in a special
folder.  The email message is written with DATE/TIME specified in
the subject header which may delineate that the message contains a
time dependent executable attachment.  A program associated with the
TDE folder will periodically execute to monitor the message header
dates/times in this folder.

When the subject specified date/time occurs, the entire
email message is flashed on the screen.  If no attachment is
present, the Escape (ESC) keyboard key may be depressed which causes
the message to be cleared.  If the message contains an attachment, a
dialog box asking for View/Execute/Ignore/Snooze for X minutes is
displayed.  The user is given the choice of what action should occur.
