Sequential Error Force Function

   Disclosed is an algorithm to realize forcing error to
several points sequentially within one command only by micro code
without any hardware tester support.

   This error force function requires the table (shown in
Fig-1), switch and pointer.  Each error force point has some type of
error as below.
         o Seek Error
         o Read Error  - Uncorrectable Error
                  - DAM Error
                  - Sector Pulse Missing Error
         o Write Error - Sector Pulse Missing Error
                  - Write Abort Error
  To start error force test, set error force points as
         o Physical Cylinder/Head/Servo Sector
         o Type of error
         o Error Force Times
  to the table, then initialize pointer of table and make the
   switch ON.

   Micro code will check the switch ON at the beginning of
servo routine, and enable error force function.

   In case of seek error, error force will start when the
actual physical cylinder and head match to them in error force
table.  And in case of Read/Write error, it will start when the
actual physical cylinder/head/servo sector match to them in table.
The pointer of table moves to next error force point when error count
exceeds preset error force times, or when it becomes hard error.  If
all error force points are finished, initialize the pointer and make
the switch OFF.
