Mechanism of Removing Extra Liquid Crystal from Liquid Crystal Display
and Dispensing Sealant for End Seal Machine

   Disclosed is mechanism of removing extra Liquid Crystal
(L.C.) from Liquid Crystal Display (L.C.D.) and dispensing sealant
for End Seal Machine.  This mechanism can achieve better quality and
lower cost than that of wiping's.

   End Seal Machine pushes away extra L.C., takes sprung
L.C. away, applies sealant on the injection holes and cures applied
sealant automatically after injection process.  This invention
include 5 different idea listed below.
  1) Removing sprung L.C. by sucking
  2) The shape of Suction Nozzle
  3) L.C. separator
  4) Mechanism to keep distance between L.C.D. Cell and Nozzle
  5) Mechanism to remove sealant from Dispense Nozzle

   Removing method is wiping by lint free cloth before, but
it sometimes causes defect on L.C.D.  Cell.  It is necessary to
solve previous issue to remove sprung L.C. without touching
Injection Holes of L.C.D. Cell.  This non-contact suction type L.C.
Remover works effectively on the issue.  Though sucking method is a
good one, it isn't easy to remove sprung L.C. satisfactorily.  It is
required to keep enough fluid velocity on sprung L.C. and degree of
vacuum.

   We develop new mechanism and suction nozzle so as to clear
these difficulties.  In short, mechanism of keeping clearance,
proper area and figure of sucking hole work effectively.  Also, to
keep distance between dispense nozzle and L.C.D.  Cell is key point
of applying sealant uniformly.  Next difficulty is how to separate
L.C. and air from their mixture.  It isn't permitted to exhaust them
in the air to protect environmental pollution and to avoid choking
orifice of vacuum ejector.  Finally, it is important to remove
sealant from dispensing ing  nozzle to apply sealant uniformly.
