A Supply Chain Management Algorithm with Vendor Information via Internet

An algorithm is that a part of Supply Chain Management
(SCM) Program.  Most of conventional SCM Program does calculate with
company internal data.  This algorithm is capable to use Vendor data
as well as company internal data.

A SCM program should calculate optimize manufacturing
output with utilizing a current manufacturing capacity and current
stock.  Normally SCM runs with an Enterprise Management System.  But
an Enterprise Management System controls only own company's status
such as current stock and current order and it does not have vendor
capacity and stock data.

This algorithm is that a SCM adapts vendor capacity data
and stock data as well as internal data by through Internet.

Suppliers keep their
  1.  manufacturing capacity data
  2.  stock data
  3.  work in process data
  4.  child parts order status
into their database, or send them to a SCM periodically.  So far a
SCM calculates optimize manufacturing output by using on hand stock
plus on order volume.  But by using supplier data, a SCM can analyze
on order status which is able to cancel or add some more.  Or a SCM
analyze whether a supplier can accept additional emergency order or
not.  Because a SCM can know the manufacturing capacity has some room
to feed in.

And this concept is expandable to grand children supplier
as well as first supplier as same manner.
