Multi-lingual Input Method for Normal End Users

   A program is disclosed that input method software which
implements plural dictionaries from mother language to foreign
languages can support foreign language's input operations by end
users who have already had a fair measure of knowledge about the
foreign language in users' environments where multiple foreign
languages input are required.

   End users often forget (a) a particular foreign word or
vocabulary, (b) conjugation (inflection), (c) an appropriate
article, (d) the plural form, (e) derivatives, (f) a proverb, (g) a
phrase or an idiom which they want for the moment during the input
operation.  In order to avoid halting foreign language input
operations in such cases, this program provides the following
support:
  (1) lets them input a key word or a key phrase, (2) lets them
      select one of such objectives from (a) through (g), (3)
      lists candidates in the foreign language, (4) lets them
      select the appropriate one.

   In the above, if the purpose is (a), (f) or (g), a key
word or a key phrase is the corresponding in their mother language.
Additionally, if the objective is (f) or (g), a key word or phrase
may be in the foreign language and the software can list the
candidates which include the key word or phrase based on the input.
The program may or may not be able to link to text input in input
