Principle for the mechanism

   Background

   Eximer UV cleaner is a dry cleaner using wavelength 172nm
eximer UV lamp, irradiation box and other component.  Recently we
developed this machine for LCD cleaning process.  Eximer UV lamp has
strong ability to decompose organic matter.  But the effective
distance is only 3mm and UV irradiation makes harmful concentration
