Abstract

Disclosed is a test tool for going on the application scenario by sending MOUSE or KEYBOARD events defined in the information file(hereafter, it's called "EVENT_INFORMATION_FILE") to the windows system observing a target window's caption. This test tool can test a program that the scenario can be flowed by changing one window's caption like a Web Browser application program. The text specified as HTML TITLE tag is set as the window's caption at almost Web Browser programs.

Caption

   Disclosed is a test tool for going on the application
scenario by sending MOUSE or KEYBOARD events defined in the
information file(hereafter, it's called "EVENT_INFORMATION_FILE") to
the windows system observing a target window's caption.  This test
tool can test a program that the scenario can be flowed by changing

   The file format and description of EVENT_INFORMATION_FILE
are given below.

   The form of EVENT_INFORMATION_FILE is a table form marked
off by a comma ",".  The data must be a ASCII text string.

   Below items can be specified at each record of the file.
  Item: Description
  window's caption text: must be first item.
  first time period: the time period sending a first event
                     after finding the window's caption
                     change.  (milliseconds)
                     time period : the time period sending a
                     event for each events.(milliseconds)
       MaaRbb,x1,y1,...: send MOUSE RIGHT_CLICK events randomly
                         specified by x1,y1,
                   ....  the number of candidate points are
