Background:

In the world we are living today, every Mother Nature variable we are dealing with are analog. But for processing purpose, we are always changing the analog signal to digital signal for transmission and storage, then processed it, changed it back to analog again to be felt and hear. The stored information included but not limited to digitized audio, compressed digital video and text information in compressed and uncompress format, one of the biggest problem is retrieving set of information from such vast amount of archived storage. A typical mechanism as illustrated below:

The text information can easily being searched and matched as both of the text search and matching are relatively very easy to implement. The audio and video are either being labeled with simple text so that can be searched and matched by the text search engine, or just manually checked which is extremely slow.

The whole indexing mechanism is a text based system, thus all of the audio and video has to have extensive text labels which has to be done manually or will be missed by the search engine.

Solution Summary:

An implementation algorithm for solving this type of problem is created, based on digital direct search palette mechanism as illustrated in the following diagram:

The key invention of the algorithms is utilization of the direct digital multi-media palette search from database. The text portion will be similar to traditional search engine, but the search palette will include searching subject related audio sample, digital image and video sample.
