An axial mixing impeller that can be used in a vessel reactor system, that is an open, double helix in shape, both clockwise and counterclockwise helix and multiple helix is disclosed.

This device insures a top to bottom turnover of liquid at the outer diameter of the vessel, while other impellers, mixers, stirrers alone usually only vortex or swirl the liquid, which does not insure a circulation of the liquid from top to bottom.

Below are shown two 1/16” SS tube “blade” versions that are used in current chemistry.
