Disclosed is the structure of double notation method of

SBCS e-Mail Address and DBCS-country oriented Name information to easy-recognize an Individual Person at the e-Mail system for All DBCS countries.

1. Background

Problem institution; Difficulty to recognize or image an Individual Person from e-Mail Address for us who live in DBCS (Double-Byte Character Sets) countries.

1) It's very difficult to recognize or image the person who sent or who received an e-Mail for us Japanese or other people who live in DBCS-countries, because we DBCS character oriented country's people use traditional DBCS character normally, for example "Kanji" in Japan, not SBCS (Single-Byte Character Sets) alphabet character.

2) It is an excessive and unproductive operation to search and exchange from an e-Mail Address to DBCS Name one by one by using another application, it is just only complicated and troublesome to waste more steps or more times.

3) Therefore we who live in DBCS-countries can not image an Individual person that e-Mail was issued from who to whom exactly.

4) We have to say this must be an Imperfect and Defective e-Mail System for us DBCS-country's people. (Figure 1)

2. Summary of Invention

1) The e-Mail system of the company or the organization where traditionally use DBCS Character, should use double notation method of SBCS-Mail Address and DBCS-Country oriented Name information to easy-recognize an Individual Person or an Employee. (Figure 2)

2) Because the e-Mail system of the company or the organization in DBCS countries normally has their own DBCS Name information related a specific person or an employee additionally.

3) These DBCS Name information are authorized and formatted for their company or organization as an usual operation, and kept newest level as a reliable data. And then this means that it is fundamentally different from the Nickname made by private person.
