Invention Disclosure:

FAN makes noise when running for a long time.  The Cable CARD is always on when AC is inserted.  To cool the CableCARD, a FAN is often used.  FAN makes noise and someday stops or needs to be cleaned.  Customer can replace the FAN without opening the back of the television or having to call a service technician.  If customer is able to replace the fan, then the customer needs to open the television.  This is a violation of robustness rule.  If a customer calls a service technician, then the cost will be much expensive than the method employed by this invention.
