907: Draft Report on Computer Systems Technologies Education, 1980 -- 14 pp.

Prepared by the Education Committee of the IEEE Computer Society, this is the first draft of curriculum recommendations for community-college career programs for computer technicians. The intent is to suggest starting points for overall goals, curriculum content, and implementation guidelines, and to solicit additional input from a broader range of the community. The report includes sections on purpose and objectives, content (software- oriented, hardware-oriented, and hardware-software integrated), resources, faculty, students, and industrial liaison.

411: Proceedings -- 9th Annual Computer Architecture Symposium, April 26-29, 1982 -- 335 pp.

Held in Austin, Texas, this symposium included sessions on high-level languages, integrated systems, interconnection networks, design approaches, fault-tolerant computing, data- base systems, distributed processing, and data-flow and applicative language architectures. These proceedings contain all 35 papers delivered at the symposium.
