Abstract

Simplifies the process of tube mounting in the gland, good sealing, ensuring stability of outside shape of the gland, ensuring the proper locking of the gland in the mounting hole. Reduces parts, minimizes assembly time. Main components: Retaining base and sealing device. The sealing features are not in the tubes support plan ensuring a good sealing and an easy tube assembly. The gland will be mount in the firewall using an plastic rope. Advantages include labor savings, ergonomics improvement, reduce parts complexity in one word: huge cost reduction.
