Abstract

Purpose and advantage of invention: The hub of the blower fan supports the bearing as the shaft. The grease reserved in the space along the rotational axis of the hub can continuously supply or periodically replenish grease to the bearing through the grease supply holes without breaking the gas shield. Short description of invention (Include or attach appropriate sketches, and point out novel features): The grease reservoir is created along the rotational axis of the hub. The reservoir can be separated into plural rooms. The grease reservoir and bearing room are connected with the grease supply holes through which grease is supplied continuously or replenished periodically to the bearing from the grease reservoir. The different size of the grease supply holes can be created to get the different grease supply rate and different empty dates of the grease reservoir. How can the grease be supplied continuously? The size of grease supply hole is determined such that the grease is supplied by the centrifugal force when the chamber pressure is the operational gas pressure and the fan speed is the operational speed. How can the grease be supplied periodically? The size of grease supply hole is determined such that the grease is supplied by the centrifugal force when the chamber pressure is less than the certain gas pressure and the fan speed is more than the certain fan speed. The grease replenish period can be determined manually or automatically. The grease can be replenished every gas refill or every certain period of time. How can the grease be supplied periodically? The grease supply hole has the lid or stick, which closes the hole with the centrifugal force. The grease supply hole is open when the fan is stopped.
