What issues/problems does your invention try to address?

When a person uses headphones, it becomes difficult to share music with others. The person would have to pass the headphones or unplug the headphones and plug in speakers. This is an increasing inconvenience because of the increasing usage of playing video /movies on media devices.

Explain your invention and specifically identify the new and novel features.

By combing the two features into a seamless design, a person can use headphones when required and then switch to speakers when appropriate.
