Abstract

Inkjet processing can be used for a variety of patterning methods such as photolithography or for liftoff masking. When used for liftoff masking, the inkjet process can also serialize parts as they go through the production line. This application is useful in concentrating photovoltaic (CPV) systems and other systems that use ink jet as part of their patterning and can make use of unique serial numbers in parts.
