1.Key Idea

The key idea of this invention is to extract what the readers need as a readable structured document from an intact file based on their requirement and interest.

Example: A software specification document contains almost all contents relating that product, such as system API, hardware requirement, install guide and functionality descriptions. This document intends to satisfy a wide range of stakeholders including developer, QA and customer. The stakeholders concern about different content of this document. Some readers just need to understand how to install the software under the environment of DB2 and WebSphere. So when a stakeholder opens the document, he can claim his need or his own characteristic, the system choose what to show to the reader and organize it as a complete structure.

When a user try to open this document, the system first pops up the following menu, the user claims his need and interest from it. For example, user choose Database type 'DB2' , Application Server 'WebShere' ,products 'Content Engine' and 'Application Engine'.
