Abstract

It may happen, when there is the need to check out money from an ATM (which stand for Automatic Teller Machine), to look behind in order to see if there is someone who is stearing the finger's movement on the screen. All interactions with ATM Graphical User Interface are predefined and it is easy to retrieve infos about actions the ATM checker is doing. This could result in a privacy violation and it is dangerous if someone wants to know if you are checking out a large amount of money.

By clicking the random check button, an internal algorithm produces a random display of interaction windows in order to avoid that anyone staying close to the ATM be able to understand what the ATM user is performing.

Figure 2 depict an ATM grahical User interface illustrating the display produced in response to the selection of the random check button on the ATM screen.

Every entry on the screen gets modified, which avoids any immediate reference to the amount of cash that is going to be checked out for any individual that is not standing close to the ATM terminal.
